People and Place: Take Three

TRACS

Leith, Strathspey and the Eastern Borders/Berwickshire – how does the culture
of these places link with the past, present and future people who live
there?

Enjoy a rich exploration led by Tim Bell, author of Choose Life,
Choose Leith: Trainspotting on Location; Chris Halliday, author of
Strathspey Myths and Legends; and Mike Fraser, author of a new study on John
Mackay Wilson’s Tales of the Scottish Borders.

The wrap-up comes from The People’s Parish, an approach to local arts and heritage championed
by TRACS.
