Reconnecting with the Whole Story

TRACS

In the face of climate change, eco-feminism is emerging around the world,
bringing another narrative to grow and share.

This workshop focuses on reconnecting to our body, feelings, creativity and the earth to awaken
old stories and develop new ones.

Led by climate activist and emergent storyteller Virginia Bjertnes and storyteller-singer Susanna Orr Holland.

Aims of the workshop include:

  • Learn to craft a short eco-feminist story from a personal experience
  • Create a sense of community, connect with the body and the earth through singing
  • See “beyond stories” to understand what values are hidden in tales and explore which narrative the world needs today
  • Identifying the heroes that will bring restoration and balance in our individual stories and our shared story
