In this workshop, led by Janis Mackay, you will work with the selkie
myth of seals and humans, alongside personal life stories, to evoke a
sense of soul. Working with myth can be empowering and help retrieve
lost or forgotten parts of ourselves. Can we come, like the seal woman,
to feel comfortable in our own skin despite the pressures that divide
our attention and awareness? Do these traditional stories embody a
wholeness that has healing potential?
